Textiles of Sweden: Nature and Home Life in Scandinavian Design

Overview

In Sweden, a land of long harsh winters, colorful textiles play an important decorative role, bringing joy to home interiors regardless of the season. The simplicity and warmth of their modern designs sparked a textile production boom in the mid-20th century and continue to be cherished by people throughout the country.
