Another Story: 100 Years of Women Artists

Overview

This exhibition showcases works by Japanese women artists in the museum collection. From the pioneering wartime and postwar painters stereotyped as “female artists” to their contemporary counterparts, these women created art and led lives that can serve as an inspiration to all of us living in today’s world.

Adults 200 yen / Seniors (over 65) 100 yen / University and high school students 150 yen / Junior high and elementary school students 100 yen / Pre-school children free of charge
Group Discount
Adults 160 yen / Seniors (over 65) 80 yen / University and high school students 120 yen / Junior high and elementary school students 80 yen / Pre-school children free of charge
* Discount applies to groups of 20 or more.
* Elementary and junior high school students who reside and attend schools in Setagaya city are admitted free of charge on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
* Admission for visitors with disabilities is 100 yen. Students with disabilities, and one attendant per visitor with disabilities, are admitted free of charge.
* High school and older students, seniors 65 and over, and people with special certificates should present their ID at the entrance.
* This exhibition can be viewed at no extra charge with a ticket to a concurrent Special Exhibition.
