120th Anniversary Exhibition:
Happy Birthday! Peter Rabbit™

Overview

Even today, Peter Rabbit, the mischievous bunny, remains a beloved character all over the world. Originally created as an illustrated letter by the English author Beatrix Potter™, The Tale of Peter Rabbit was intended to cheer up a young boy who was confined to bed by illness. Since it was first published in 1902, the story has been a source of sweet dreams for many people. This exhibition, celebrating the book’s 120th anniversary, presents Potter’s sketches of bunnies that predate Peter Rabbit as well as her private editions, rough drafts, original illustrations, and a variety of other items related to her ideas. ™& ©FW & Co.2022
